CU Online+ Log In Issue
We’ve been made aware that some mobile providers may have intermittent issues with receiving one-time-passcodes (OTP) by text message. This is impacting a small percentage of members. This is being investigated by these providers and hopefully will be resolved shortly.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE INPUTTING THE CORRECT USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND THAT WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT MOBILE NUMBER.
Some members are getting an error message when they try to generate an OTP due to their log in details being entered incorrectly.
